An excellent Villa on water It was an excellent vacation. Great Houseboat! It was a perfect place to stay. A grand and a beautifully decorated Master Bedroom and an equally beautiful room for the kids. A Dining room, Sitting Lounge, Balcony, Terrace all well carpeted, beautifully carved Almond Wood Furniture ... it was an elegant personal villa rented on the water of peaceful Nigeen Lake.
A very hospitable staff. Lovely place. Great memory.

Excellent Property !!! Recommend to Stay in Zaffer Group of House Boats.
Amazing Experience staying with my Wife. Very Clean, well maintain. Staff are very friendly. Food is amazing. It is located in a very calm Area where there is no disturbance. Very Nice Lobby & Dinning Hall. Excellent View from back area & the top floor as well. They organized a Boat ride in the evening which priceless & to remember. I recommend to Book in Zaffer House Boat if they have holiday plans in Srinagar.
